Introduction
BEE VERIFICATION AGENCY CC (previously (PTY) Ltd) has rendered BEE Verification services since the inception of the draft BEE Codes of Good Practice in 2006. To date we have verified more than 1000 companies.
On 6 February 2009 we received BEE accreditation status from the South African National Accreditation System (SANAS) to act as a BEE Verification Agency. SANAS is recognised by the South African Government as the only National Accreditation Body that gives formal recognition to Laboratories, Certification Bodies, Inspection Bodies, Proficiency Testing Scheme Providers and Good Laboratory Practice (GLP), certifying them as competent to carry out specific tasks against a set standard. The standard for BEE verification is set out in SANAS R47-02.
SANAS accreditation status is formal recognition that an organisation is competent to perform specific tasks.
Our SANAS Accreditation number is: BVA-014. See attached accredication certificate.
We are a full member of The Association of BEE Verification Agencies (ABVA), an independent National Membership Organisation established to govern the Black Economic Empowerment (B-BBEE) Verification Industry.
